Wilson Research was established to provide flexible, outsourced executive search research and strategic sourcing capability to executive search firms, recruitment firms, and internal talent acquisition teams.
I’ve successfully completed hundreds of executive research assignments internationally, regionally and locally for global, national, and boutique executive search firms and recruitment firms.

Travel
I’m an adventurous traveller and culture vulture, having backpacked across more than 50 countries. My travel experience allows me to relate to people from many backgrounds and cultures. And it helps me to understand their perspective. All this enriches my global research capabilities. Here, I'm waiting for a vaporetto in Venice.
Fitness
Fitness keeps me agile. I’ve completed three marathons in the USA, and practise yoga daily. Combining both my passions for travel and fitness, I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro in Africa, to Everest Base Camp in the Himalaya, and across the High Andes in Peru. Smiling after reaching the Tottorakka summit by fatbike in Finland.
Genealogy
As an enthusiastic genealogist a friend once said to me, “Kerryn, you work with the living for a career and the dead for a hobby!” I love to apply my professional skills to researching my family history. My genealogy interest can be consuming or sporadically enjoyed every couple of months or years. Terrific fun digging up the skeletons!
